The sitting/dining room has a Television (satellite freeview), DVD, video and music system with french doors to the garden. There is also a varied library of books, videos and DVDs, catering for all ages.

The fully fitted kitchen is well equipped with a double oven electric cooker, microwave oven, fridgefreezer, dishwasher, and washing machine .

There is also a ground floor cloakroom with wc and basin.

From the sitting room double french doors open onto a decked garden which provides seating to enjoy a lazy breakfast or a cool glass of wine in the evening sun.

A barbecue is also provided to enable cooking and dining al fresco.

The three comfortable bedrooms consist of a master bedroom with a double bed and an ensuite shower room, a twin bedroom and a bunk room with full size bunk beds.

The fitted bathroom has a shower over the bath, radiator and a shaver point.

For the children or the more energetic adults, a garage is accessed from the garden providing table tennis, pool/snooker, darts and numerous children's games.

Cycles may also be stored here

A travel cot, and highchair are also available for the younger family members.

There are two off road private parking spaces behind the house but also on road parking in front of the house.
