Deansbrook is a modern house and consequently the level of light switches, sockets and work surfaces are standard throughout the property.
The downstairs rooms are all on the same level without any steps between them. There is a downstairs cloakroom with toilet and sink. The stairs which lead to the upstairs rooms are not steep but do turn at the bottom and the top.
The upstairs rooms are all on the same level without any steps between them. The ensuite bathroom contains a shower cubicle, toilet and sink. The main bathroom contains a bath with a shower over, toilet and sink.
The garden is multi levelled but a small flat patio is just outside the french doors from the lounge.
Unfortunately Deansbrook does not have a downstairs bedroom but we have provided a 'z' bed in the lounge when requested.
Deansbrook is dog friendly.
